Support Case Status Updates

Dear Community,
On the US morning of Friday, November 17th, 2023 there will be updates to some case statuses that you are used to seeing under case management.

For example:

  • Working status will be replaced with Pending Support
  • Waiting to Verify Fix will be replaced with Pending Verification
  • Call Customer will be replaced with Meeting Scheduled
  • In Eng will be replaced with Pending Eng

The reason for this change is to clarify the exact state of the case and who has responsibility for next steps.
