StatusDefinition
Pending SupportCase is currently waiting for an update from support or other channels besides engineering through support.    
Waiting Customer    Waiting on customer for requested information, diagnostics, answers to support-posed questions or feedback.
Pending VerificationWaiting on customer to confirm a resolution or workaround has been verified.
Meeting ScheduledA meeting is scheduled between customer and support.
Pending EngineeringCase is waiting for a response from engineering.
Fixed in Future VersionIssue raised in case is pending for a future fix or product release.
Handoff In ProgressCase is currently being transferred between support teams.
On HoldCase is being put on hold for a specific reason, this can only be used for a limited time period.
Request ClosureCase is resolved and waiting to be closed.
