Status | Definition |
---|
Pending Support | Case is currently waiting for an update from support or other channels besides engineering through support. |
Waiting Customer | Waiting on customer for requested information, diagnostics, answers to support-posed questions or feedback. |
Pending Verification | Waiting on customer to confirm a resolution or workaround has been verified. |
Meeting Scheduled | A meeting is scheduled between customer and support. |
Pending Engineering | Case is waiting for a response from engineering. |
Fixed in Future Version | Issue raised in case is pending for a future fix or product release. |
Handoff In Progress | Case is currently being transferred between support teams. |
On Hold | Case is being put on hold for a specific reason, this can only be used for a limited time period. |
Request Closure | Case is resolved and waiting to be closed. |
