  • App Control Server: All Supported Versions
  • App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Question

Are There Any Considerations for Upgrading Windows on an App Control Server?

Answer

If an App Control Agent has not been installed:
  1. Refer to the VMware Carbon Black Operating Environmental Requirements document that corresponds to the version currently installed to ensure the version included in the upgrade is fully supported.
If an App Control Agent is currently installed:
  1. Confirm AV exclusions are configured:
