Symptoms
Citrix App Layering Integration is configured per guide, but files are not getting locally approved which is causing blocks.
Cause
The Citrix App Layering integration requires that the App Layering filter driver "unifltr.sys" is running. During publishing of a Layered Image, the driver is disabled by default unless the Elastic Layering option is enabled.
Resolution
- When creating an image in the Citrix App Layering console:
- Select Create Template Wizard
- Click Layered Image Disk
- Elastic Layering must be set to "Application Layering" (the default is None)
