Symptoms
- Unable to locally approve the selected file(s)
- The following error can be found when trying to approve the file in the approval request page:
Approve file locally failed for 'x' item(s).
Cause
- The file itself is not in local state
- It is a temp or incomplete/corrupted file
Resolution
The file cannot be locally approved, unless it has completed download from the browser and/or written locally into the disk of the endpoint.
