Environment
- App Control all versions.
Symptoms
- Console is not accessible and showing below error.
"Fatal Error. Network error while trying to communicate with Bit9 Server. Error: Could not connect to host"
Cause
- App Control service account don't have DAS db access.
Resolution
- Make sure App Control application's service account has DB owner access on DAS database.
