Symptoms
After navigating to Assets > Applications on Computers displays results from endpoints that have been deleted from the Console.
Cause
The current way the information is queried from the database, and presented on this page, results in the historical data being presented.
Resolution
- This is a known issue being tracked under EP-6366, and will be corrected in a future release.
- A script can be provided by Support to permanently delete this information from your database. This would result in the historical data being permanently removed, rather than not displayed.
