App Control: Error Deleting User ID <ID>

Environment

  • App Control Console: All Supported Versions

Symptoms

When deleting a user error "Error deleting user ID <ID> is displayed

Cause

DELETE HTTP verb set to false in IIS

Resolution

  1. Open IIS Manager
  2. Navigate to Sites > Parity Console Web > Request Filtering (IIS Section) > HTTP Verbs tab
  3. Remove DELETE verb/ OR allow DELETE verb
