App Control: How To Add A Health Check Exclusion

Environment

• App Control Console: All Supported Versions
• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Objective

To add an exclusion to ignore specific Health Check failures.

Resolution

1. Log in to the Console and navigate to https://ServerAddress/agent_config.php
2. Add a Filter > Value > Contains: health_check_exclusions=
3. Edit (pencil icon) the existing Agent Config and add a portion of the failure text to the exclusion:
   • Single Exclusion:

     health_check_exclusions=*Agent is missing a classification for Key*

   • Multiple Exclusions:

     health_check_exclusions=*Agent is missing a classification for Key*,*ALLUSERS=1*

4. Click Save

Additional Notes

These types of exclusions should only be added when advised by Support.
