App Control: How to Automatically Delete Agents After X Days Offline - Old Computer Cleanup

Environment

• App Control Console: All Supported Versions
• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Objective

To remove Agents from the Console that have not checked in beyond X number of days.

Resolution

1. Log in to the Console and navigate to System Configuration > Advanced Options
2. Click Edit to enable the Old Computer Cleanup settings.
3. Click Update.

Additional Notes

Agents that are deleted from Assets > Computers will be added back automatically once the Agent reconnects to the Server.
