Objective

How to collect or export all files that are globally approved

Resolution

  • From the console, navigate to Assets > File Catalog and filter the files that have been approved by selecting one of the following:
    1. Select Saved Views > Approved File.
      OR
    2. Add filter to show that file state is approved or approved by policy.
  • The filtered files table will display a list of approved files for the environment.

Additional Notes

If a manual copy is required, select the option 'Export to CSV' to pull the data for download.
