Symptoms
Moving multiple Agents to Local Approval fails for all when one (or more) selected are either already in Local Approval or are in Low Enforcement.
Cause
This issue is being tracked under EP-20310 and will be resolved in a future release of the Server.
Resolution
Currently the workaround for this issue is to use Filters to prevent these types of ineligible machines from showing in the view. Example: Filter > Policy > is not: Local Approval Policy.
