App Control: Why Do Agents No Longer Show Under System Health After Being Upgraded to the Latest Version?

Environment

  • App Control Server: 8.1.10 and Higher

Question

Why do agents no longer show under "System Health > Product Configuration" after being updated to the latest versions?

Answer

The App Control UI will not show an indicator if it is not relevant to the current environment. Only out of date servers and agents will show under "System Health > Product Configuration".
