App Control: "Cb Collective Defense Cloud Unavailable Alert" Not Enabled

Environment

  • App Control Console: 8.5.x - 8.10.2

Symptoms

  • Unable to enable the alert "Cb Collective Defense Cloud Unavailable Alert"
  • Alert not enabled after enabling the reputation service.

Cause

This alert should automatically be enabled when enabling the reputation service. There is a defect that prevented this from happening.

Resolution

This issue was tracked under EP-19637 and resolved with the release of Server 8.10.2. The alert will correctly be enabled for any new or existing installs with the reputation service enabled.
