App Control: "DB_DataObject Error: No Database Name" Connecting to Console

Environment

  • App Control: All Supported Versions
  • Web Browser: All Supported Versions

Symptoms

Error when connecting to the App Control Console "DB_DataObject Error: No database name / dsn found anywhere"

Cause

This has been caused by browser cache issues

Resolution

Clear the cache of the existing browser or use a different browser
