How do I register for Bit9 FileAdvisor?
Answer
To register an account for the Bit9 FileAdvisor, please navigate to https://fileadvisor.bit9.com/Services/search.aspx and click on "Register" in the top right corner. Then fill out the required information on the next page, complete the Captcha process, and click on "Register".
Question 2
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Answer
To reset your password, please navigate to https://fileadvisor.bit9.com/Services/search.aspx and click on "Login" in the top right corner. Then click on the "Forgot My Password". On the following page, please enter your email address and click on "Submit". You should receive an email from "fileadvisor_passwordreset@bit9.com" within the next few minutes with a generated password. Use the password to login to the FileAdvisor and then navigate to http://fileadvisor.bit9.com/services/changepassword.aspx to reset your password.
