Question
Can sensors be assigned to sensor groups via API?
Answer
At this time CB Defense does not support this functionality from API. Instead, an admin with the appropriate RBAC settings can assign a sensor to a policy using API.
Additional Notes
- Manually assigning a sensor to a policy via API bypasses the use of a sensor group.
- Once a sensor is assigned to a policy without the use of sensor groups it will no longer automatically be moved into a sensor group from within the CB Defense Web Console.
