Is it possible to change the sensor's policy via command line?

Answer

No - currently it is not possible to change policy using the RepCLI Utility/command line.

Additional Notes

There is a feature request open to add this functionality to the RepCLI Utility: PSC: Ability to change policy assignment via RepCLI
This can be achieved via the new Devices V6 API: Devices API - Carbon Black Developer Network
