- Orgs are attached to an MSSP account
- Users managed through MSSP Console
Symptoms
Deleting a User in the MSSP console results in the following error
Failed to delete user Request failed with status code 400
Cause
The same user email is used in multiple orgs
Resolution
- Please open a support ticket to assist in deletion of the User account
- Please provide the following
- User name
- User email
- Associated organizations
Additional Notes
- A future improvement will be implemented to prevent use of the same email address in multiple orgs
