Objective
- This document describes how to send email notifications to a distribution list
Resolution
There are 3 possible workarounds to send notifications to a distribution list:
- Sign up every member of the distribution list as an Admin in Confer
- Sign up the email address of the distribution list as an admin user in Confer and configure email notification to go that "user”
- Set up a mailbox forwarding rule on one of the recipient user based on subject line or from Confer to a distribution list
Additional Notes
Currently, the product isn't designed to route email notifications to an arbitrary email address, it can only be configured to send email notifications to one or more registered Administrators.
