CB Protection: How to tell what operations a rule covers

Environment

• CB Protection Console: 8.0 and Higher

Objective

When creating a rule, how do you tell what actions are covered?

Resolution

1. Create the rule with the operation you need
2. Save this rule in a Disabled state
3. Re-open the rule
4. Expand the Rule Type drop down menu and select Expert
5. The covered actions and operations will be auto selected
