Why are we seeing different numbers of alerts as different users in the console?

Answer

If the users are in different 'TEAMS' or groups, they likely have different access levels to the Sensor groups. If the team does not have view access or greater to a sensor group, then they will not be able to view those sensors or associated alerts in the console.
