Carbon Black Cloud: How to disable SAML after failed configuration

Environment

  • Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions

Symptoms

  • Cannot Login to Web Console
  • SAML Integration Enabled but Not Working
  • No other Admins currently logged in to console
  • No 2nd tab kept open and signed in

Resolution

  1. Please open a case with Carbon Black Support for assistance in disabling the faulty SAML configuration: How to Open a Support Case
