  • Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All Versions
  • Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Question

 Is It Normal To See Multiple Instances Of The CBC Notifier Service (repux.exe) Running On A Terminal Server?

Answer

Yes, this is expected behavior as this is a user context service.  A 1:1 ratio of Notifier Service instances to user sessions should exist.
