Carbon Black Cloud: Keystyle Data application error: An error occurred during local report processing

Environment

  • Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 3.5+
  • Keystyle Data

Symptoms

  • Keystyle accounting application displays error: 'An error occurred during local report processing...' when sensor is active
  • Placing sensor into bypass resolves errors

 


Cause

Interop issue between sensor and Keystyle Data application

Resolution

Upgrade to 3.6+ sensor version
