Objective

  • Email invites are not being received by new user
  • None of the known new user email issues here were the cause

Engineering currently investigating

Additional Notes

Potential workaround:

  • Try adding email address with varying case sensitivities
    • e.g. instead of john.doe@example.com, try adding JOHN.doe@example.com OR JOhn.doe@example.com, etc. 
  • The emails being sent will come from the email mentioned here
