Symptoms
- Inbox shows the status of Triggered and Sent to Sensor, but hash is never uploaded
- Sensor log reports that the path is filtered out
- New events show the process executing from the same location
Cause
The sensor has a configuration which filters what paths an upload can be requested from
Resolution
- Edit policy settings to allow uploads from the requested path
- If there are no settings in place and the issue persists, contact Carbon Black
