Cb Defense: Known Malware Not Listed on Malware Removal Page

Environment

• Cb Defense PSC Console: Versions 0.40.x, 0.41.x
• Cb Defense Sensor: All Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
• Apple MacOS: All Supported Versions

 

Symptoms

Files that receive a Known_Malware reputation never appear on the Malware Removal page

Cause

Known issue with how the PSC Console is filtering files with a Known_Malware reputation

Resolution

This issue will be addressed the 0.42.0 release of the PSC Console that will be available in late November. Look for DSER-10343 in Release Notes.
