Cb Response: How to Change Response Cloud Login Email

Environment

Cb Response Cloud: 6.x and Higher

Objective

To change the login email on a Response Cloud instance

Resolution

1. Log into the Cb Response Cloud server

2. In the top right of the My Servers page, select < username > Account

3. In the Contact info section, change the email address associated with the account by clicking Change Email 

4. In the Change Email Address dialog box, enter the new email address and click Change email. an email notification will be sent to verify the new email address
