OS upgrade when Cb Response sensor is already installed

Q/A

Question 1

If we need to upgrade the OS like Windows Server 2008 to Windows Server 2012, will we need to uninstall the Cb Response sensor and reinstall it after the OS upgrade?

Answer

No, it is okay to leave the Cb Response sensor in place during the OS upgrade. You will need to make sure that the OS you are upgrading to is supported by the version of Cb Response sensor that's installed. Provided below is a link with a list of supported OS for each sensor version.
