EDR: Process Analysis WebUI page times out loading long running process

Environment

• EDR Server: 6.2.x and Higher

Symptoms

Process Analysis page times out when loading process in the WebUI.

Cause

Processes that have a huge number of netconns and large number of segments have too much information to load before the timeout is reached.

Resolution

1. For every node in the cluster, edit the /etc/cb/cb.conf,

vi /etc/cb/cb.conf

2. Add the following parameter:

CoreServicesMaxSegmentsPerProcess=50
