Symptoms

EDR upgrade fails with error ""[Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 6 - "Couldn't resolve host 'URL'"

Cause

This happens if there is a repo which is not available or cannot be reached

Resolution

Find and remove the repo which cannot be reached
yum clean all
yum upgrade cb-response
