Endpoint Standard: Applications crash with ctiuser.dll as a faulting module after upgrading sensor version from 3.5.0.1680 to 3.5.0.1756

Environment

• Endpoint Standard (Formerly CB Defense) Sensor: 3.5.0.1756
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Symptoms

Application crash event shows below details:

Faulting module name: ctiuser.dll, version: 3.5.0.1756
Exception code: 0xc0000005

Cause

Application crashes due to members of SuspendInfo struct not being aligned on 16 byte boundary

Resolution

This issue(DSEN-10246) is fixed in sensor versions 3.5.0.1813 and 3.6.0.1791
