Symptoms
No Enterprise EDR data in console since June 25th, 2020 around 9:54 pm Eastern time
Cause
The specified sensors are not compatible with the latest Enterprise EDR ruleset deployed to production on June 25th 2020
Resolution
Upgrade impacted sensor versions to the latest GA sensor version available in the console
Additional Notes
The specified sensor versions were provided to a limited number of customers for early access to the Enterprise EDR product
