Environment

Hosted EDR: Current Version

Symptoms

Unable to send invitation to New User from Hosted EDR Console.
500 error when sending invitation with error message of: 'Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again.'

Cause

A configuration change may be needed on the instance.

Resolution

Please contact VMWare CB Support for remediation.
