Question
- When do Hosted EDR instances get shutdown after a license expiration?
Answer
- As of February 15th, 2019:
- Hosted EDR Instances are shutdown at 30 days after license expiration.
- Contact Carbon Black Support or Sales to renew licensing.
- Hosted EDR Instances are destroyed at 60 days after license expiration.
- Once destroyed, the instance cannot be recovered.
