• Managed Detection (Formerly CB ThreatSight) 
• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Supported Versions 
  • Endpoint Standard (Formerly CB Defense) 

Objective

How to verify that Managed Detection is enabled in the Carbon Black Cloud Console 

Resolution

1. Login to the Carbon Black Console with a web browser 
2. Click "Settings" > "Managed Detection" 
3. Verify User emails are and "Send Notifications" and "Send Reports" are correctly set. 

Additional Notes

The "Managed Detection" page is hidden if the Subscription is not Active.
