• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor +Prevention: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
• Apple macOS: All Supported Versions

Question

Is there a way to disable the background scan?

Answer

Prevention has the Background Scan enabled by default. Currently there is no local control feature to enable/disable Background scan.
