App Control: Agent Upgrades Occurring Over Port 80

Agent upgrades are occurring over unsecured port 80 rather than port 443 as expected.
The "Resource and Download Location" is misconfigured.
Verify HTTP is not specified in the Resource and Downloads Location page (select the "gear" icon in the upper right hand side of the page, then select "system configuration" and find the "Resource and Download Location")
If HTTP is set, change the setting to HTTPS and verify the issue is resolved
