Symptoms
When looking at approval requests within the console and clicking into the file details, error: "Could not find file" is received
Cause
The file has been deleted from the endpoint
Resolution
Looking at the block events on the machine that submitted the approval request will give a better understanding of what occurred and what rule may be necessary to prevent the block from occurring
