Symptoms
- The alert "CB Collective Defense Cloud Unavailable Alert" has been triggering since Nov 18th
- The reputation sync is bellow 100% (System Configuration > Licensing tab)
- Reporter log shows multiple errors:
2023-11-20 07:33:02,043 [ 5] ERROR TaskExecuter - Cb Threat Intel task - Cb Reputation Service - error logged and service resuming operation.
Cause
The issue was caused by maintenance work on the CB reputation database which, initially, was not expected to cause reputation sync errors. The maintenance is now complete.
Resolution
This was a CB Defense Cloud backend issue which has been resolved now. No further action is needed.
