Environment

App Control Server: 8.1.6.434

Symptoms

Events not importing
Agent Sync percent not reaching 100%
Large event backlog
Many temp files placed in:
```
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\boost_interprocess
```

Cause

This issue was tracked under EP-9772 and resolved with the release of App Control Server version 8.1.6.436.

Resolution

To this issue upgrade to the latest version of the App Control server.
