Symptoms
When editing a custom rule using the Rule Type Advanced some drop downs are greyed out and unavailable to modify
Cause
This is a known issue that has been fixed in 8.5.2
Resolution
- Other browsers like Chrome are not affected by this issue and can be used as a workaround
- Upgrading to 8.5.2 will also resolve this issue in IE
