If Windows Security Center (WSC) is not installed or running (default on Server OS versions), will the CB Defense Sensor still work properly even though the CB Defense WSC service is not running?

Yes, the CB Defense Sensor will continue working normally even if the CB Defense WSC service cannot run due to WSC not being installed or running. The CB Defense WSC Service only handles the integration with WSC and has no other impact on Sensor functionality.
