Environment

  • Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 3.6.0.1897 and Lower
  • Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
  • Microsoft SQL Server

Symptoms

  • BSOD occurs on SQL Server Cluster

Cause

Known issue with versions 3.6.0.1897 and lower (DSEN-11217)

Resolution

Upgrade the sensor to 3.6.0.1941 or Higher
