Question

How Long Does It Take for a Sensor to Upgrade After It’s Requested?

Answer

Sensors 3.7+
Depending on how many sensors were requested , the sensor will upgrade at the next check-in (occurs every minute).

Sensors 3.6 and below
Sensor upgrades performed from the console can take up to four (4) hours to complete. The time is randomly set by the sensor. If more control for the upgrade is needed, please update through another method such as SCCM or GPO.
