No, "Permissions" file path is not case-sensitive, because Windows OS doesn't care if file paths are upper case or lower case.
Additional Notes
- For MacOS, the operating system determines that the 'Permissions' file path IS case sensitive
- For LinuxOS, Permissions Rules are not applicable at all
