- Loading pages will randomly show a 404 pop-up, but the page will still load
- API requests randomly receive 404s
Cause
Back-end service degradation.
Resolution
- This incident should be resolved
- If issue is reproducible, please open a case with support and include the following:
- Har capture of 404 reproduced
- What, if any data is missing on the page or API request when loaded
- If using API, provide the logs and API calls with the secret key obfuscated
