Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Symptoms

Unable to Access Device Services AND OCSP \ CRL URLs in Web Browser

Resolution

This is working as designed. Device Services URLs and OCSP \ CRL URLs found in our Configuration Guide are not designed to be accessed via web browser

Additional Notes

• The 3.3.x.x and higher sensor relies on Windows to execute a CRL check
• Device Services URLs are utilized by all sensor versions
