Carbon Black Cloud: Unable to Update Sensors when Signature Status Filter is applied (Error Message Displayed)

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: .69 and above
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
• Apple macOS: All Supported Versions
• Linux: All Supported Versions

Symptoms

The Console outputs the message "No platforms and versions available. Try again later" when attempting to update any Sensors (All OS Types) via CBC console

Cause

API fails when containing SIGNATURE_STATUS filter

Resolution

The Current workaround is to NOT USE the Signature Status Filter when upgrading sensors, until this issue is resolved
